Sara’s Bridal Portraits | Houston Wedding Photography

Sara and Jackie got hitched last weekend, so I can share her beautiful bridal portraits now! We started at her awesome wedding venue, La Tranquila Ranch, and then off to the Tomball Country Club, where Sara practiced her swing… Jackie is a golfer, so Sara surprised him with these inspired shots for his groom’s cake table.:) View full post »

My favorites are the first, second and sixth pictures!!
The sexiest is the third – WOW!! Rivals the elevator in Top Gun!

I agree with “Mama T” selections! I must see “elevator scene” in TOP GUN again!! Let’s have “movie night”! :) I think another sexy shoot is you two sitting on railroad track! AWESOME! Love them all….want more! :) Love you both! Mama D xoxo

Erin’s Bridal Portrait Session | Austin Wedding Photography

Erin and Nick tied the knot this past weekend in Houston, so I can finally post her beautiful bridal portraits! Starting with a visit to the peacocks at Mayfield Park, and ending with a ride in her brother’s bright blue Cadillac, Erin’s portrait session perfectly mirrored her sweet and lighthearted spirit.

Chris & Arleen’s Surprise Engagement | Austin Wedding Photography

A few weeks ago, my friend Chris approached me about photographing his proposal to his girlfriend (and my other dear friend) Arleen. So we hatched a plot to get Arleen on board with a couples session “to help fill out my portfolio”. Poor Chris sweated it out while I dragged them around Town Lake, and after we wrapped, he pulled Arleen aside and got down on one knee…  I’m so happy for my friends, and even happier that I got to be a part of a day they will remember forever. Love y’all!

Katie & Ben’s Engagement Session | Austin Wedding Photography

“Refuse to settle for anything less than butterflies.” …I know, cheesy Carrie Bradshaw reference.

I’ve had the distinct pleasure of knowing Katie for 15 years. As my sister’s best friend, she is like a sister to me too. I’ve known her through braces and breakups… but until Ben came along, I’ve never known her face to light up the way it does when she looks up at him and smiles.

I LOVE THESE PICTURES. They need to be in her wedding website too. The one with the ‘i love you so much’ is priceless. Is there a story to this.

[...] Katie and Ben made it official last weekend, so I can finally share her bridal portraits with y’all! Miss Katie, if you don’t remember, is like a sister to me. So getting to frolick all over Houston with my pseudo-sis AND my lovely actual sis (her superstar Maid of Honor) was a huge treat. Throw into the mix a bunch of pink balloons, major diamonds, and a gorgeous dress… and it was a fabulously girly afternoon of “work”. [...]
